Today it announced the hiring of litigation partner, Misha Paltiyevich, another BigLaw veteran. Paltiyevich specializes in resolving claims resulting from marine and energy business disputes and casualties, construction defects, and transportation-related accidents. He also has substantial experience defending major automobile and component-part manufacturers in products liability and consumer actions.

NWT was founded by lawyers with experience in big law firms, academic medical centers, and corporate board rooms.
